While most of the area was developed with postwar architecture (i.e., lots of bungalows on decent lots), Woodbine Gardens has remained less developed or desirable, and now includes large affordable housing complexes, whereas Parkview Hills’ post war bungalows have been rapidly turning into McMansions or modern infill masterpieces, based on the taste of the owners, for many years. Topham Park, the most charming of the three, has seen the least change, neither diminishing nor redeveloping at the same rate as the others.
