The Hudson Condos
A brand-new pre-construction condo complex called Hudson Condos is being developed by HIP Developments at 749 King Street West in Kitchener. Residents enjoy a handy position between downtown Kitchener to the south and uptown Waterloo to the north because of the neighborhood’s ideal placement next to Kitchener’s primary hospital. Condo dwellers may also easily commute to places in both cities, including those where the University of Waterloo is working to rebuild the area, thanks to a nearby rail station.
Location & Neighbourhood
Kitchener is a popular place to live and purchase new houses because of the development’s downtown location, a multitude of local amenities, and a low-cost area with a varied economy. A key provider of healthcare for the City of Kitchener is the Grand River Hospital, a recognised landmark for the whole area. This 567-bed clinic, which is next to condos, sees 243,000 outpatients and 25,000 inpatients yearly. An astonishing amount of them is handled by her 3,390 hospital personnel.
The project will also enhance Waterloo’s businesses and services, which will include office space for 300–500 additional workers. Waterloo will be added by Shopify. operation over the next two to three years, as well as Kitchener’s downtown and city hall. It does have more facilities, though. Neighborhoods that gain from this land include those near the Grand River Sports Medicine Center, Don McLaren Arena, Kitchener-Waterloo College and Vocational School, and King Edward Public Schools, to name just a few.
The complex is also ideally situated next to a station for the brand-new He ION light rail line, a transportation route that offers easy access to important locations including the University of Waterloo. Furthermore, it is convenient to move between places because Kitchener GO is only 22 minutes away from the condo.
About The Developers
HIP Developments was established in 2010 and has always handled real estate development with a broad perspective. We think it is our duty to construct something other than physical structures. Building cities is part of our responsibility, especially in the Waterloo Region.
Cities are the habitat of the human spirit because they are both large and tiny enough to be a force for global change. Cities are becoming more significant as society struggles with change for these reasons. The notion of better communities has replaced our faith in large, national institutions as they lose faith in them.
All facets of society must work together to construct cities, and HIP enthusiastically accepts its part in this. Yes, they construct condominiums, but HIP also create open spaces where people are encouraged to play with complete strangers.HIP DEVELOPMENT commission art pieces that reintroduce residents to the histories of their neighborhood. They slough off and take the helm in discussions about collective identity that can bring us all together and also create lessons that teach children about the incredible history of inventive problem-solving in the Waterloo Region. These are what HIP DEVELOPMENT refer to as our “joy experiments” since they have the ability to unite them with joy.
