XO Condos will include a total of 297 units, ranging from 449 square feet and 1,235 square feet, to be offered in a wide variety of layouts. It will measure between 477 and 503 square feet for 1-bedroom and 1-bedroom + study units. Between 560 and 695 square feet, 1-bedroom + flex suites and 1-bedroom + den suites can differ. Two-bedroom units will be available in sizes from 703 to 783 square feet. It will measure from 695 to 969 square feet of 2-bedroom + study units and 2-bedroom + flex units. The three-bedroom units would range from 880 to 941 square feet. Parking spaces are available for sale to buyers of 711 square feet or larger suites; storage lockers are also available for buyers of 679 square feet or larger suites.
