Merge Condos

The Merge Condos is an upcoming 10-storey luxury condominium development in Scarborough. It is located by the waterfront and is being developed by LCH Developments/Lifestyle Custom Homes. This new project will be based in the southern shore of Scarborough and will blend posh accommodations along with modern convenience. The Merge Condos will be located at 2201 Kingston Road in the Birch Cliff neighborhood of lower Scarborough and is expected to be occupied by 2022. The design of the tower is being taken care of by RAW design, which will make it stand as an urban addition to the growing cosmopolitan area.
