NO55 Mercer Condos

The NO55 Mercer Condos is a new development in the Entertainment District of Toronto by CentreCourt Developments. This new project will be located at 99 Blue Jays Way, Toronto, ON M5V 9G9 near the Spadina and King Street West intersection. The NO55 Mercer Condos will be a high-rise building and consist of 47 storeys with 539 residential units. Residents living here will be exposed to mesmerizing views of the neighborhood. The architect behind this development is the IBI Group who have provided some stunning designs as well as architectural elements. The interiors are being taken care by Figure3 and they too have proposed both luxurious and modern plans for the NO55 Mercer Condos. There are several amenities available both on-site and in the neighborhood. The location for this new project has a walk score of 98 along with a transit score of 100. This implies that you will have all your essential amenities around and can obtain them without having to find the need for using vehicles. The excellent transit score also ensures world-class transportation in and around the area.
As per the current plan, the NO55 Mercer Condos will offer a wide range of suites which include studio units, 1-bedroom units, 2-bedroom units, 2-bedroom units with den, 3-bedroom units and 3-bedroom units with den. The suites will range from 31 to a massive 83 square meters. The corers residences on the 9th till the 45th floor will consist of balconies.
