Around 565 – 665 square feet, 1-bedroom plus den suites. 2 bedroom suites from 641 to 1,171 square feet and 2 bedroom suites from 921 to 1,213 square feet + den suites. With 389 reserved for units of one bedroom, 459 for units of two bedrooms and 109 for units of three bedrooms. In addition to designer backsplash, new open concept kitchens will deliver a range of quartz countertops and xontempoaray kitchen cabinetry. Ensuite master bathrooms will also allow purchasers to choose designer marble countertops for the bathroom hardware and trendy chrome finishes. 101,000 square feet, along with almost 120,000 for office use will be dedicated to retail on the podium.
