They range from 491 to 1,288 square-feet in size. The second building will be known as Classic Series II and will be made up of 258 suites on 28 floors. These suites can range from 509 to 1,419 square-feet in size.The Signature Series was the third residential building. Of the three, it will be the smallest tower, but it will have the largest suites. A mid-rise of 14 storeys will be the Signature Sequence. The suites range from 1,059 to 3,253 square-feet. There will be one bedroom to three bedrooms in each suite.
