A 21-storey tower with a total of 282 suites anchored by a seven-storey podium will make up the first tower. Parking and lockers for both units are provided. 3,670 Sq ft of indoor amenity space on the ground floor, linked to 3,444 square feet of outdoor space, including an expansive outdoor terrace on the roof of the podium, will also be included in the podium feature.

A seven-storey mid-rise with 102 suites, also facing Birchmount, will be part of the 2nd tower. With a mix of two studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, it is planned to house residential units on all floors, including the ground floor. Residents will have access to an indoor amenity space of 1,410 square feet and an outdoor amenity space of 1,356.
