About The Developers

This is a collaboration between Diamondcorp and the Kilmer Company, two real estate developers, both well known for their high-quality homes. The partnership started many years ago when Eph Diamond, O.C. the Cadillac Fairview’s co-founder met with Larry Tanenbaum, O.C. Kilmer Group and the Maple Leaf Leisure and Entertainment Chairman.
