The NO55 Mercer Condos is a new development in the Entertainment District of Toronto by CentreCourt Developments. This new project will be located at 99 Blue Jays Way, Toronto, ON M5V 9G9 near the Spadina and King Street West intersection. The architect behind this development is the IBI Group who have provided some stunning designs as well as architectural elements. The interiors are being taken care by Figure3 and they too have proposed both luxurious and modern plans for the NO55 Mercer Condos. The area surrounding 55 Mercer Condos is considered to be a walker’s paradise.
