JAC Condos

The JAC Condos is a new high-rise mixed-use condominium development in Toronto by Graywood Developments Ltd. This new development will go as high as 34 storeys with 489 residential suites and will be located at 308 Jarvis Street just south of the corner of Jarvis and Carlton in the Garden District neighborhood of Toronto, which is regarded as one of the most central and renowned neighborhoods in the Greater Toronto Area. The JAC Condos will be built on the heritage home site at 308 – 214 Jarvis Street which is regarded as one of the most central locations within Toronto, whose facade is to be kept within the new development. The JAC Condos will feature a 34 storey tower that rises out of a 10 storey podium which will be stepped back on the 6th and 9th storeys. It will also feature indoor amenity space that will be located on the 10th floor of the building, while the outdoor amenity space will spill out onto the rooftop of the podium. The views from this vantage point is expected to be one of the best in the entire city. This development will feature a total of 489 condo units, with at least 44 of these units being allocated for 3-bedroom units. The condo suites will be starting at 335 square feet and go up to 1290 square feet in size. The different types of condo suites that will be offered include studio, junior one bedroom, one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms plus den, 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms plus den. The townhomes on the other hand will feature 3 bedrooms plus den, 4 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms plus den. The entrance to the residential suites will be located on Jarvis Street. The JAC Condos will feature a retail space on the ground level that will be facing Jarvis Street, adding to the convenience of the residents of the community in addition to the site itself. There will also be over 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space that will include 24-hour concierge, fully automated parcel system, lobby lounge, dog wash spa, co-working studio, tech lounge, coffee bar, study library, yoga room, meditation studios, e-sports lounge, media room, gardening room, music room, workshop, fitness studio, party room, ground floor lobby courtyard with lounge seating and workspaces. The 7th and 10th floor will have an outdoor terrace with alfresco dining, sun deck and BBQ stations. The Garden District neighborhood is regarded as one of the most central and renowned neighborhoods in all of Toronto. There are several amenities available here all around. Even most of the adjacent streets are lined with various restaurants and cafes. There are so many restaurants out here that you could eat somewhere new everyday for a year and still find new places within walking distance. The area has an excellent walk score of 96/100 indicating that the area is very walkable. Majority of your daily errands can be accomplished on foot without the need for using any vehicle. Shopping too is incredibly easy out here as the Eaton Centre is only 15 minutes away from here by walk. The Eaton Centre is one of Downtown Toronto’s premier shopping destinations and there is almost everything that you can find out here.
