Both the Artsy Boutique Condos tower and the Artswork tower share a four-storey podium, with Artsy Boutique Condos to the west and Artworks Condos to the east. Their brick facade blends in well with the heritage of the surrounding neighborhood. The 42-metre high Artsy Boutique Condos tower will consist of 110 units with balconies beginning on the 5th floor. There will be a designated retail space on the ground-level which will face Dundas Street East. Upper levels of the podium will be used for residential amenity as well as office spaces. There will be a three-level underground garage that will be shared with Artworks Tower. This garage will have the capacity to accommodate 355 vehicles.
