This upcoming pre-construction condo project is located at the northwest corner of Dundas Street East and River Street in the Regent Park neighborhood of Toronto. The Artsy Boutique Condos will consist of 11 storeys with 110 condo units and will stand next to the 33-storey Artworks Tower.
