The Beverley Condos is an upcoming pre-construction condo development in Thornhill. It is developed by The Daniels Corporation and is located at 2 Beverley Glen Boulevard, which is just north of Centre Street and Bathurst Street, and merely a few minutes from the Promenade Mall. This development will consist of 15 storeys along with 206 residential units ranging from 460 to 970 square feet in size. The 206 residential units that it will offer will vary from one to three bedrooms. These units will span from 460 to 970 square feet while townhomes on the ground level will be larger and range from 1000 to 1600 square feet. Having the same developers, the Beverley Condos will have similar interiors as the Thornhill Condos which include open-concept layouts, large balconies and terraces, thoughtful interior designs and contemporary features and finishes. This development will also be connected to the Thornhill Condos through a shared podium on the 7th floor. It implies that this building will have a cohesive look to its predecessor along with the same amenities. The tower will also have dark and light elements of architecture along with long columns to frame the building. In addition to this, there will be large floor-to-ceiling windows along with glass balconies that will add to the modern design of the development.
