Line 5 South Condos is a new condo development by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties currently in preconstruction at 117 Broadway Avenue, Toronto. The development is scheduled for completion in 2023. Line 5 South Condos has a total of 480 units.

There are several TTC bus routes just steps away from Line 5 Condos South Tower, the Eglinton subway station is also not located far from the condos, making for a very convenient commute downtown.
