660 Leaside Condos

660 Leaside Condos is a pre-construction condominium initiated by RioCan for the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. The project will be built at 660 Eglinton Ave East. The project will be close to the northeast corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Bayview Avenue. This will be two contemporary condominiums for the site, one reaching 19 storeys and one standing 12, with retail space on their respective ground floors. The expected occupancy for this project is set to be 2021. The total number of units for this project will be 408 dwelling units, out of which 204 will be one-bedroom layouts, 185 two-bedroom and 19 three-bedroom layouts. The distribution of these units will be in a way that 207 of these will be located in the 12-storey building, while 201 will be located in the 19-storey building.

Location & Neighbourhood

Leaside is a neighborhood that lies within a greenbelt of a series of parks. It is near Sunnybrook park to the north, Serena Gundy Park to the northeast, Lower Don Parklands to the south and ET Sutton park to the southeast. One of the unique features about this neighborhood is that it is easily accessible by the Don Valley Parkway which is a crucial road that connects Toronto to the rest of Ontario.
