Location & Neighbourhood

Leaside is a neighborhood that lies within a greenbelt of a series of parks. It is near Sunnybrook park to the north, Serena Gundy Park to the northeast, Lower Don Parklands to the south and ET Sutton park to the southeast. One of the unique features about this neighborhood is that it is easily accessible by the Don Valley Parkway which is a crucial road that connects Toronto to the rest of Ontario. Leaside also has some of the best shopping venues in Toronto. The Leaside Smartcentre within the neighborhood features most essential stores such as Home Depot, SportChek, Canadian Tire, LCBO and Sobeys. Besides these stores there are also several boutique shops and restaurants in Bayview Avenue.
You would also be able to enjoy great shopping, dining and lifestyle amenities with world-class TTC transit taking you into the downtown core in just fifteen minutes. When it comes to transportation, one of the most anticipated projects on the way is the TTC Eglinton Crosstown LRT line. This will help residents to travel to any part of the city without any hassle.
