The building will include 17,742 square feet of indoor amenities on the third and fourth floors, plus 8,460 square feet of outdoor space, including the outdoor terrace mentioned above, which will visually distinguish the tower from the podium and provide views of a new public park proposed. A collection of mixed-use heritage buildings currently occupy the site of 33 Avenue Road, creating what is known as York Square in the city. The developers are proposing to preserve these heritage facades and integrate them into the podium of the building, while the contemporary tower with a glazed façade will rise above. The tower will be articulated with a set of stepbacks, along the east and west facades with balconies.
