This building, planned by Empire Communities for Toronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood, is a 30-storey pre-construction condominium. A 30-storey, mixed-use structure consisting of a tower and a three-story podium, has been proposed by Empire.

Location & Neighbourhood

Located in Yorkville’s world-renowned neighbourhood with its boutiques, galleries, chic hotels, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Multiple educational institutions and major job centres will also be exposed to residents. 33 Avenue Road Condos are all within 10 minutes of the University of Toronto, Ryerson University, OCAD University, and George Brown College. The Royal Ontario Museum and Casa Loma are surrounded by the finest entertainment opportunities Toronto has to offer. With an almost perfect Transit Score, 33 Avenue Road Condos enables residents to access TTC services. The building will include 17,742 square feet of indoor amenities on the third and fourth floors, plus 8,460 square feet of outdoor space, including the outdoor terrace mentioned above, which will visually distinguish the tower from the podium and provide views of a new public park proposed. A collection of mixed-use heritage buildings currently occupy the site of 33 Avenue Road, creating what is known as York Square in the city. The developers are proposing to preserve these heritage facades and integrate them into the podium of the building, while the contemporary tower with a glazed façade will rise above. The tower will be articulated with a set of stepbacks, along the east and west facades with balconies.
