About The Developers
This is a collaboration between Diamondcorp and the Kilmer Company, two real estate developers, both well known for their high-quality homes. The partnership started many years ago when Eph Diamond, O.C. the Cadillac Fairview’s co-founder met with Larry Tanenbaum, O.C. Kilmer Group and the Maple Leaf Leisure and Entertainment Chairman. As outstanding constructors and promoters of Toronto interests, despite being industry rivals, the two men realized they shared a lot in common and became friends.
