Location & Neighbourhood

Kitchener, which is a part of the Waterloo Region that also encompasses Waterloo and Cambridge, is home to more than 256,000 people. By 2051, the population of the Waterloo region is projected to increase to around 923,000, with more than 470,000 jobs. Kitchener will become a more livable city as a result of population increase and the growth of the Waterloo Region, while housing demand will rise.
