This neighborhood is bordered by The Queensway to the south, Norseman Street to the north, Mimico Creek to the east and Kipling Avenue to the west. This is a modest west-end neighborhood and offers convenient access to the downtown core in Toronto. This area has been redeveloped entirely in the recent years with the recent influx of both condominiums along with townhome projects being developed and constructed at a rapid pace. This process has also been catalyzed by many who have been looking to relocate and call this neighborhood home. There are several reasons why many are looking to plant their roots here. One of the main reasons behind this is the fact that it is in close proximity to the bustling downtown core. It could perhaps also be the redevelopment ventures, which have been a crucial part in reinvigorating the local real estate market in this region of Etobicoke.
